We have the right to refuse service to pets for any reason- such as- running behind on time, Full house (meaning no more room for surgery pets) , bad health, size, rude pet owners, age, vicious pets (other then wild cats in a trap) . If your pet has an appointment for spay or neuter, and is late, there is a chance we took "stand by" pets in your place. We take "stand by" pets in at 9am. There may or may not be room for your late pet.

DO NOT bring a pet in for surgery that has been vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, or any other signs of a contagious virus or disease. You may bring them to be seen by the Vet and be treated. For the health of the other pets there for surgery, sick animals can not enter the mobile clinic.
