If you are coming for a scheduled surgery we require a copy of your vaccine record or medical history on the day of the visit. The best way to assure you have a copy or records it is best to take a picture of it using your phone for self possession.

 Our house call pricing does NOT include any SERVICES , only the arrival to your location. Pricing for exact services are listed on the other tabs and will be charged additionally to the house call fee. House call fees START from $200 May increase depends  on your location, which can be discussed when making your appointment. We offer everything during a house call visit, except for major surgery unless previously agreed etc. 

Emergency Services- ONLY in Douglasville at our home office, with pre approval. If we are not available, then you will be reffered to one of the local emergency veterinarian offices that are open 24/7.
